What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. While we don't accept returns, we will offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date for all unworn jewelry.

Are any purchases final sale?

All custom jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets and earrings made from the charm builder are final sale. Due to the personal customization, they can not be exchanged or returned.

When will I get my order?

Please allow 3- 5 days for production time before your item ships. Most will ship sooner. Custom items from the charm builder may take 5-7 days for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How to care for your jewelry?

If you take proper care of your jewelry, it will last a long time.

Keep jewelry as dry as possible. If it gets dirty, wash with warm, soapy water and pat dry.

Try to avoid salt water, chlorine and spraying perfume or lotion directly on your jewelry. These items can cause jewelry to tarnish.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.

All other domestic orders will be a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

What is your jewelry made of?

All chains and bracelets are stainless steel, 18K gold, PVD plated. PVD plating lasts much longer than regular gold plating and is much more tarnish, water and scratch resistant.

Do you only offer coastal charms?

No! We offer over 450 unique charms. There is literally something for everyone.

Born & raised here, the shore has always been our greatest inspiration. We wanted to create jewelry and offer charms that resonate with everyone while celebrating the world we know and love the most-the beaches, the bays, the sea and the everyday moments that make life at the shore so special.
