Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. While we don't accept returns, we will offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date for all unworn jewelry.

All custom jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets and earrings made from the charm builder are final sale. Due to the personal customization, they can not be exchanged or returned.

Please allow 3- 5 days for production time before your item ships. Most will ship sooner. Custom items from the charm builder may take 5-7 days for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

If you take proper care of your jewelry, it will last a long time.

Keep jewelry as dry as possible. If it gets dirty, wash with warm, soapy water and pat dry.

Try to avoid salt water, chlorine and spraying perfume or lotion directly on your jewelry. These items can cause jewelry to tarnish.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.

All other domestic orders will be a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

All chains and bracelets are stainless steel, 18K gold, PVD plated. PVD plating lasts much longer than regular gold plating and is much more tarnish, water and scratch resistant.
